Anitas shrimps; something for the evening.

1 kg shrimps
50 gr butter
2-3 ts curry
little cayennepepper
1 ts paprika
3 – 4 garlic cloves
1 leek
1 red pepper
150 – 200 gr champignon
1 ss oil
3 dl cream
5 – 6 ss chilliesauce
4 ss cognac

Fry butter and mix with curry, cayenne, garlic, paprika, mushroom and leek.
let it fry for about 10-15 min. Put in oil, chilisauce, cream and bring it to boil.
In the end add cognac and shrimps.

Served with rise and parsley.

  2. I ate a shrimp recipe like this one a while back, with boiled rice it was so so delicious. I think the hot spice really spruced the taste because i don’t know how else shrimp would taste without a lot of spice.
