Beer aficionados like to drink their favourite libation pure as created by the brew master.
Some like lagers, other ales, yet others stouts, but prefer their beer served in the proper glass to enjoy it at its best.
Yet there are also people who like to create their own cocktails both in Europe and North America, not so much in Asia, Far Eastern countries, and Africa.
The red velvet is probably the best known (stout and dry sparkling wine in equal proportions); shandy (wheat beer with a squeeze of lemon juice, garnished with a lemon wedge), and red eye (lager, tomato juice, cracked black pepper, smoked salt, lemon juice, and horseradish).
Of course you create your own by experimenting – Irish whiskey, stout, lemon juice and egg white or lager, raspberry syrup, or tequila, tomato juice, smoked salt and lime juice.
If you like beer, and love to experiment, try some of the above with different proportions, and take it from there.
