Domaine William Fevre – Chablis


Domaine William Fevre owns 40 hectares prime and premiere cru vineyards in Chablis, located between Paris and Dijon.
It is one of the most important estates of Chablis famous for its whistle-clean minerally wines.

When Mr. Henriot, the owner of Bouchard Pere et Fils, and Henriot Champagne house, bought Bouchard Pere et Fils, he decided to invest in equipment, and improve quality.
To this end, he hired Didier Seguin, with the mandate to produce the best Chablis possible given the quality of the vintage. In Chablis, vintages vary a great deal.
The talented Didier Seguin was quick to deliver since the vineyards the company owned were well selected and maintained.

He decided to handpick and use small creates to preserve fruit quality.
Chablis wines come in four quality levels pending on vineyard location.
