Pathogens must be fought as best as possible by creating an alkaline environment. Generally, modern diets contain too many acids or foods that promote acidity by creating an environment for bacteria and viruses to thrive.

Foods that promote alkalinity are fruits, vegetables, tubers, nuts and legumes.
Foods that encourage acidity in your body are processed foods, meats, and added sugar,
Regular exercise of any type, and little or no stress promote alkalinity.

You should consume adequate amounts of fermented foods like yoghurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir and miso. They improve the digestive process and help absorb nutrients more efficiently and prevent harmful bacteria from growing.

It is important to keep hydrated to eliminate pathogens.

Consume soups. vegetables that are nutrient rich, and limit your daily dairy consumption.

Below, please find foods that scientists have determined to be healthy:

Broccoli, nuts (specially almonds), oat meal, apples, avocados, sweet potatoes, oily fish, wheat germ, and blueberries.

Although nuts are high in calories, a little goes a long way. Stick to 30 – 40 grams daily. Here are their caloric values per 100 grams:

Nuts fight free radicals, and decrease risk of cancer. Pistachios boast vitamins (A and B complex), and other immunity boosting minerals i.e magnesium and copper.

Almonds lower HDL in the blood, maintain sugar levels, contains copper and vitamin E.
Walnuts are a good source of omega E and antioxidant melatonin, vitamins and protein.
Peanuts are rich in sodium, protein, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, vitamin A and fibre.

Avoid aded sugars, syrups, saturated fats, transfats, non-whoel grains, juices free of pulps adn processed foods.

Eat little, mainly palnts n nothign that does not rot, and always stick with sane foods to protect your ehalth.

The problem with unhealthy food consumption is that the body puts up with it for a while, ands when it revolts, it is usually too late, much like smoking, and excessive alcohol consumption.
