Spirit

Obstler, Distillerie Paul Devoille, Alsace, France
Central Europeans love fruit brandies. They are rarely aged, and colourless, but smell of the fruit from which they originate. In most cases, people enjoy then chilled after a meal, or blend a portion into their coffee.
