Vintages Release Recommendations

Vintages management team put together a fine collection of red wines featuring California and many other countries, including a white wine from Slovakia but made by Egon Mueller from the Mosel Valley in Germany.

Two champagnes from Pol Roger grace this release with their presence, as does one Sauternes, which displays all the classic characteristics of a fine dessert wine from this world-famous region.

The Warre’s Colheita 2000 Tawny (91) $ 39.95, offers spectacular power and refinement. Port lovers should not miss this one.

Overall, a fine release, although the most precious wine Chateau Mouton Rothschild, 2011, Baronne Philippine de Rothschild was not presented for evaluation.
