Vintages management policy is to feature well known wine producing regions of countries in each release.
This release features Italy, Israel and south-western France. Many other countries and regions are also represents with a variety of brands.
The Italian offerings are impressive with a number of Tuscan wines including a 2012 vintage Ornelaia, and an outstanding Rocca Guicciarda Chianti Classico Riserva by Barone Ricasoli.
Israeli wines are fine in their own right but none scored 88 (the lowest score I enter in my recommendations). However, compared to my previous tastings, the quality has improved overall. I am confident the established wineries will produce far better wines in the near future.
As for France, there are several Rhone wines worth exploring.
Ontario wines featured contain a very fine sparkling rose (Joy) and a very flavourful late harvest gewürztraminer by Konzelmann.
Other wines worth trying are included in my recommendations.
