Professor B’s November 22 Vintages Release Recommendations

wine

This is release is so huge (more than 180 wines and spirits) that wine writers had to taste them during two sessions.
Since it id short before Christmas, several expensive were included, some of which taste great, but seem to be overpriced. A lot of teh expensive reds need to be cellaring.

If you can afford, but some of those recommended, and cellar them in a properly designed cellar at a constant temperature of 12 – 13 C.
If you don’t own a cellar, you can rent in specialized establishments space to cellar your wines.
Surprisingly only a few of the sprits were made available for us to taste.
This is the penultimate release of 2014, and I recommend that you stickup for the festive season.
Wines should be “rested” before consumption.
Pending on vintage decant red wines before enjoyment, and above all, serve any wine at the correct temperature.
