Twenty years ago, rose wines were considered passé, but since 2008 the category has been enjoying popularity.
Vintages buyers are quick to notice trends and fill demand accordingly.

25th Anniversary Sauvignon Blanc, 2010, Stoney Ridge Winery, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario
Pale-straw colour, and brilliant. Medium-bodied, dry and muted gooseberry aromas. You can sip it on its own, or pair it with mild goat’s cheese, or a pizza margarita.
