The Balvenie Portwood 21 years Old Speyside Single Malt
Amber in colour. Complex aromas of spicy poached pears and peach dominate. Smooth with great depth and balance. A very fine Scotch.

Generally, grappa offers little aromatically. This one, distilled from the skins of grapes of Tignanello wine is smooth, elegant, aromatic and refined.

Dried fruit aromas waft out of the glass. Excellent balance and length. A superb wine to enjoy now or cellar for two to three years.

Oregon Chardonnay, 2010, Bachelder, Ontario
Bachelder worked in Oregon, Niagara and Burgundy. He knows all three regions well. The fruit of this wine originates in Oregon and was finished in Ontario.
Reach and green apple and spice aromas dominate the nose. Medium weight. Excellent balance, length and finish.

This pale green riesling offers citrus and apple aromas. It is perfectly balanced and possesses and excellent mouth feel.

Chenin Blanc, 2006, Kanu KCB, South Africa
Chenin blanc is he signature grape of the Loire Valley. It grows well in South Africa and this mouth-watering version smells of Granny Smith apples. In the mouth it is crisp, rich in flavours, with a fine acid backbone.
